The dough probably took up a lot of room in his small stomach making him miserably full. Bread doesn't usually hurt dogs if it is baked first. You want to make sure he stays hydrated. Small dogs can dehydrate easy. If he stops drinking water and the swelling doesn't go down soon I would take him to the vet.

I am sorry your baby is not feeling well. Raw dough can rise and make him very ill. You can try to make him throw it up "Despite the label indicating that hydrogen peroxide is toxic, it is safe to give to dogs for this purpose. It is considered toxic since it induces vomiting and therefore does not stay in the body. The appropriate dose of hydrogen peroxide is one teaspoon per 10 pounds of body weight. If you have an oral syringe, one teaspoon equals 5 cc or 5 ml. Once given, walk your dog around or gently shake the stomach area to mix the peroxide with the stomach contents. Vomiting should occur within 15 to 20 minutes. If no vomiting occurs, you can safely repeat the three percent hydrogen peroxide once. If it is still not effective, your dog may need to be seen by a veterinarian for stronger vomiting medication. Once the hydrogen peroxide is given, it is important to watch your pet so that he does not re-ingest the substance. If there is concern about toxicity, collect and take a sample of the vomitus to your veterinarian." (from: http://www .petplace.com/dogs/how-to -induce-vomiting-emesis-in-dogs/page1.aspx You can give him any simethicone product like gasX or digel. Dosage here: http://www .walkervalleyvet.com/otc-meds.htm If you don't have that give pepto or pepsid. I would pick up any dog food.Try a small amount of boiled chicken with all fat drained off, chop meat , or baby food with no onion, beef, turkey, etc Add unflavored pedialyte to his water 50/50 to hydrate him and balance his electrolytes. Put a drop of pancake syrup on his tongue to raise his blood sugar in case he is a bit hypoglycemic. That should perk him up. Also give him one teaspoon a day of plain yogurt to keep "good" bacteria in his system. If he develops any abdominal pain, bloating, constipation or cannot keep anything down he needs to be seen by a vet. Please let me know how he is doing. I will always be here for you I hope your baby feels better very soon.. Best wishes for him,

Bread products can be dangerous for dogs, especially when raw because it expands. The the expansion of the dough can cause severe digestive problems blocking the intestines. Also, the pressure of the bloating caused by the raw dough can also cause breathing issues and blood pressure issues. You should definitely go directly to the vet, or pet hospital. There he can get an x-ray or ultrasound to determine whether he can pass this mass of dough on his own or not. He may even need a stomach pump or operation, depending on the severity of it.
